Recruiting BD operates with the highest level of legal integrity. We are fully licensed and regulated by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to provide international recruitment and human resource consultancy services.

1. Primary Recruiting License (RL)
Our primary authorization to operate as an international manpower recruiter is granted by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment.

2. BMET Registration & Approval
We are officially registered with the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET). This is the apex body that monitors the migration process in Bangladesh.
Role: Every candidate we deploy is registered with the BMET database.
Compliance: We strictly follow the BMET “Smart Card” system, ensuring that every worker has legal clearance and insurance before departure.
Ethics: We adhere to the BMET Code of Conduct for Recruitment Agents (2019).
3. BAIRA Membership
Recruiting BD is a proud member of the Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA), the largest trade body of its kind in the country.
